Not a very happy topic for my first journy entry but duh.
Today, I got so upset over a bunch of people that I actually got heartburn. I mean - seriously - it can't be healthy to get your body to react to your stress and anger, right?
That... realization brought me to the question if I'm getting angry the right way.
I'm actually a.. shy (?) or peaceful (?) person and I hate conflicts. So most of the time, I'm carefully avoiding them. That is probably because for me the situation after a fight has changed forever and will stay that way. (Not because I'm a stupid thickhead -- my emotions just change like that..)
But maybe if I approached co
